Tim Levans is a multi-instrumentalist who began playing the piano and violin at the age of 4. He began teaching over 20 years ago, and he is passionate about helping people fall in love with music and develop well on their musical journey. He is a classically trained pianist with grade 8 RCM and grade 2 theory. He studied orchestration and film composing with Berklee college of music. Tim's compositions have been featured in various film festivals, including the Ottawa International Film Festival, and the International Movie Trailer Festival. He is also the band director for local 10-piece soul band, Good Advice, the music director for a local church and he produces music for documentaries and promotional videos.
